Everyday I get more and more comfortable with Photoshop cs3, making headers and other images for sites. Today I implemented a couple of techniques that I recently figured out, the Bevel and Emboss - with a little Contour dashed in there too. Until today I had yet to use these because, well, I’ve only been on photoshop for about a month now and still quite the abecedarian. I’m not even for sure how to explain what they do…well, that may be a bit of a fib. To be totally honest with you I just don’t have time to explain it, and you are more than capable of opening up photoshop and figuring them out yourself. Not to mention, you are probably already better with cs3, or any version of photshop for that matter, than I am and are probably laughing at me anyways. I can show you though. I used Bevel and Emboss with a drop shadow for the header on this site.
