Folder Organization
In SEO it is important to keep all of your work, and other related files nice and organized. For instance, create a folder with your name on it on your desktop, and for each week, inside of this folder, you make another folder for each client that comes to you. Inside of that folder you can create a text document for your sites content and CSS. Images that you might want to use for the site can also be placed here at this time as well. Then if you ever have to go back to find a client, they are all labeled by client ID. to search for a client say, 333, all you would have to do is right click the folder with YOUR name on it located on your desktop, and click on search. Enter the client ID in the search bar and there you have it. you will know if you have ever worked on the client or not. hope this helps at all with anything. oh…also copy YOUR folder to the server!
