The Truth about SEO.
Admittedly, SEO writing is one of the toughest forms of writing out there. Trying to slide in the keywords and keyterms while trying to maintain a natural language is rough but, once it’s done, you’re left with a “wow, I can’t believe I managed to fit all that in” feeling.
The trick to being an SEO pro is this: Take your writing and try to mentally sound it out, as if you were saying it conversationally. Of course, you’d probably look crazy if you were to actually say any of it out loud. Or in conversation. Or both. But how does it sound to you when you think about what you wrote? Would your SEO content sound right if it were spoken?
Once you can write like you speak, you’ve truly established your SEO (and writing, in general) voice. And that’s when your content becomes attractive to the most important “search engine”: The human eye of consumers all over the USA. Even the global market, if that’s what your client’s target is.
And always remember to write your SEO content for readability first, then get the keywords in after. Becoming a pro in SEO isn’t just through what you write but how you write it.
