Tone-Deaf
So, you’re working on content for a client like, say, “Luau Motors” (not actual name, but let’s run with it).
What sort of approach do you take? Do you go with a straightforward approach to your content, or do you try to go for something more lively?
When writing content for a client, always remember to keep their needs in mind. If they’re selling cars with a name like “Luau”, you might want to keep the language jumpy and energetic. If it’s a mortuary, it should be more serious and tender.
Bearing in mind what your client sells and how they push it themselves, you’ll always want to match that same tone in your own content. That way, you know that the client’s prospective customers, as well as the client themselves, will be happy with the work produced.
